Cancellation policy

At Note 2 Self Apparel, we want your experience to be as intentional as the pieces you wear.

Subscriptions You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. Cancellations made after a billing cycle has processed will take effect at the end of that period — no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

Pre-Orders Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, pre-orders are final as production is initiated based on demand.

Try Before You Buy If applicable, items must be returned within the designated trial window in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Failure to return within the window will result in the full charge being applied.
